Interview

We are selective about the students we include in our Academy and therefore we like to spend some time with them. As the Academy is small, it is vital to ensure that every student who joins is a good fit both with the tutors and the other students, to this end we request that every student who would like to join us comes for an interview along with their Parent/Guardian . We reserve the right to refuse any student we feel will not fit within our value system.

Required Documents

GC Learning Academy Requires the following documentation to register a student:

• Former school report, clearly stating the last Grade level passed.
  
• Completed contract of enrollment (available on request).
  
• Proof payment of the deposit amount.
  
• Copy of the birth certificate, passport or ID Document.
  

Code of Conduct

All students are expected to sign and adhere to a Code of Conduct when on the grounds. The Code of Conduct encompasses subjects such as dress code, drugs and alcohol as well as the more mundane aspects of respect for their fellow learners and educators.

Fee Structure

Fees are charged on a monthly basis (12 Month Cycle). Registering multiple children through us comes with attendant discounts.
